The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) aims to create a vibrant care community for our people to live well and age gracefully. Primarily, they reach out to caregivers and seniors with information on staying active and ageing well, and connect people to services they need. Their Communications team was looking for an agency to help increase their followers and engagement rates for their Facebook page.  
My Role
As a Creative Strategist, I was part of the pitching and execution team for their Facebook page. We proposed a comprehensive content strategy with multiple content pillars to last the year. Each content pillar targeted the 2 distinct target audience groups — seniors and caregivers. My efforts for this project include:

Social Media Content Writing
Pitching and Proposal
Blog Article Writing
Caption Copywriting
Inner Thoughts
Content about caregiving and active ageing is not as well-known as it should be, given that everyone would come into contact with at least one out of the two topics in their life. Hence, we wanted to bring a creative and emotional angle to their existing social media efforts, in order to engage more people through AIC.

Results
We managed to achieve monthly results of about 280K reach, 50K engagement, and 200 Page Likes for their Facebook page.
